Ordering

 

1.1 Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

 

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

 

1.2 How do I /create an account?

 

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

 

1.3 How do I order?

 

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

 

1.4 I have problems adding items to my shopping cart

 

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

 

1.5 I have a discount code, how can I use it?

 

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

 

1.6 How do i change my order?

 

Please contact us before it is shipped. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out.

 

1.7 I place an order but not received a confirmation email?

 

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please make sure you log in the right email account and please check your mailbox spam folder as well.

If you can't find an email 2 days after you’ve placed the order, please contact our Customer Service.

Shipping & Delivery

 

2.1 When will my order be processed?

 

We will processed our order within 1-3 working days once the order has been placed, excluding weekends and holidays. 

NOTE: During the busy holiday seasons or after holiday promotions, the shipment processing can take up to 4-5 business  days.

 

2.2 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

 

Before being shipped out, orders need 1-3 days for processing And for delivery time after your order was sent out, estimated delivery days is 5-7 business days.

 

2.3 How can I track my delivery?

 

It may take 3-5 days to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end as the next facility need time to scan parcels.

Please allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching the next station.

 

2.4 There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

 

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@maxfree.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

2.5 I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?

 

We apologize if you had received a defective item from us. Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@maxfree.com with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

2.6 I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?

 

We apologize for sending you the wrong item. Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@maxfree.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Return & Refund

 

3.1 Is there any warranty for the items I purchased from your website?

 

We offer 30-Days money back and 12-Months limited warranty for all manufacture defective items. The warranty period will begin once the package has been delivered in correspondence to the order's tracking history. The item(s) will no longer be eligible for a refund/replacement after the warranty period.

 

3.2 How can I return items?

 

You may check out our Return Policy first, then please contact our Customer Service about which items you want to return.

Note: Order number or SKU is needed so that we can process your return request and offer the return address to you.

3.4 What is the status of my refund?

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.


After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:

Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours

Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days

Please understand that we need to refund to your card bank first within 48 hours. But your card bank may need 7-14 business days to transfer the money to your card account. We can't control the processing speed of your card bank. Please ask the card bank for detailed information.
